History of scarves is rooted in remote past. As early as in Ancient China and in Ancient Rome, scarf was a symbol of status: the higher was the social position of its owner, the better was the quality and the more expensive was the material, and the richer and brighter it  was decorated. In Ancient Egypt, it was worn by pharaohs, and at the Byzantine court only ladies from the emperor`s family had a right to wear it. Nowadays everyone has an accessory as scarf, and not just one. Today there is a great number of scarves, that is why for every occasion you would want to choose the very special one. Scarves can be of different materials, with different colour scores and ornaments, but the most important feature is their exclusiveness. That is what we work on: we create unique scarves like works of art with exclusive design. Scarves can be tied round the head, they can be worn on the neck, in a breast pocket, you can belt an overcoat, dress or trousers with it or use it as a top. Vogue for scarves is constantly changing. We see people using instead them of belt, by way of a bracelet, bag band etc. And it always remains an indispensable accessory for each of us. We were searching for an object which would embody art in things that would be available for us, and we found it.
Design studio Loor was founded by two sisters Maria and Diana, and it is them who take part in the creative process of making exclusive silk scarves. We take into account all details - size, colour - and attach great importance to the quality! 
You will not be able to find such scarves anywhere, because the base of the tracery are real paintings, art, transposed from the painting on the cloth by artist-designer Maria Andrade Andrade.
Maria is artist-designer by education, she does paintings on linens with acryl, tempera, oils and gold. With the help of computer technologies, these patterns, flowers, color strokes turn into beautiful scarves with exclusive design. All scarves are made of real 100% silk of high quality on factory in Como (Italy), which has been working with such famous brands like Chanel, Dior and Louis Vuitton for many years.
On the fabric the workers are Italians, and every order is processed manually and monitored by designers.
